Supply Only

This is where the timber frame kit is supplied and delivered in a flat pack
form. The client/builder then erects the timber frame kit and if necessary
Setanta will be available and willing to provide any relevant direction and
advice.

A package used by contractors or competent self builders.

Supply & Erect

This is a package where the kit is supplied to site and erected by Setanta’s in-house
tradesmen. The work is completed to wall plate level ready for the roof with allowances
for crane or teleporter hire.

A package used by contractors or self builders.

Supply & Erect Roof

This package is an extension of package 2 (supply & erect) but in this instance it will
include all facets of the roof construction including trusses/cut rafters, felt, lathes,
tiles/slates, fascia board and soffitt.

This package is for the self builder wishing to have their house closed to the outside
elements in a short space of time.

Full House Build

Setanta may take on the entire contract from digging the foundations and putting in the
drainage systems and sewers, right through to the completed house ready for decorating.
