Having worked in the construction industry since 1986, Mark Gribbin formed a partnership with Niall Gribbin and Gregory Kearney in 2000 and later transferred to limited company in 2004,
giving a combination of 62 years experience in the building industry.

After completing his City & Guilds in Joinery and Advanced Craftwork, Niall began working
with the Gribbin House (the orginial timber frame manufacturer in Northern Ireland).
In 2000 Niall formed the partnership that is now Setanta - The Construction Company Ltd.
During his time as a Director Niall has studied AutoCad and completed a design course
with Consultee Engineering enabling him to design in-house all timber frame buildings.

Gregory worked in the construction industry with Gribbin House since 1990 after completing
a City & Guils Joinery Course. Since joining Setanta Ltd in 2000 as a Managing Director,
Gregory has completed a First Aid Training Course and has become Setanta's
Health & Safety Manager.
