Having been in the building industry since leaving school in  1985 as a bricklayer working for various contractors, Andrew began working for Setanta as a Site Foreman in November 2006.

Aidan Smith

Position: Site Foreman
Years of Experience: 12
Years as Site Foreman: 2.5
Contracts as Site Foreman: 17

From 1996, Aidan Smith has been working in the construction industry in various parts of the world
during which time he achieved his NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery.  Having joined Setanta in
2000, he became a Site Foreman in 2005.

Derek Faulkner

Position: Site Foreman
Years of Experience: 14
Years as Site Foreman: 2.5
Contracts as Site Foreman: 10

Whilst completing his NVQ Level 3, Derek began working with Mark Gribbin and has remained
with him since this time apart from taking 2 years out to work with his father in the building industry
and work in Australia as a carpenter.  Derek has been working with Setanta as a
Site Foreman since 2005.
