All our timber frame systems are designed to meet or exceed UK and Ireland Building Regulations, and constructed using Passivhaus Standards.

Notable aspects of this project include:

• A timber frame core structure which offers excellent insulation and substantially reduced thermal bridging.

• The windows and doors are PVC triple glazed with exceptional low u-values. Using a powder-coated aluminum cladding, they require little to no maintenance.

• A mechanical ventilation and heat recovery (MVHR) system has been installed to ensure a fresh flow of air throughout the property, and works to maintain a constant temperature.
