In 2017 Setanta Construction won the regional Northern Ireland 'Energy Efficient House of the Year', for a bespoke Passive designed house located in Co. Antrim. The same project went on to win the Energy Efficient House of the Year at the National event in London fending off stiff competition from all regions of Scotland, England and Wales.
In 2023, Setanta Construction were delighted to win the 'Commercial/Public Sector Award' at the NI Master Builder Awards. This was for work carried out at the eye-catching Richard Roger's Art Gallery, Chateaux La Coste, in the South of France.
Setanta Construction provided off-site constructed building enclosure components for the Gallery. The components were manufactured at our factory in Magherafelt and transported to site in France.
