Setanta Construction commenced work at two exciting new build sites; one located in Castledawson, in the heart of Mid Ulster, and the other set high in the hills of Holywood, Co. Down, offering panoramic views over Belfast Lough.
In Castledawson, the foundations have now been laid and the site fully prepared for the installation of the two-storey timber frame structure, scheduled to take shape later this week.
Meanwhile, in Holywood, the steel structure for this contemporary build is currently being erected. Following the completion of the steel frame, the timber frame will be installed to further progress the build. With its elevated position and cantilever designed structure, the site is poised to deliver a stunning home that makes the most of its breathtaking surroundings.
