We were very pleased to be asked to manufacture of large components for the construction of a 4 floor extension onto Claridges Hotel in Mayfair London
The contract consisted mainly of the manufacture of 80 no large Dormer windows with balcony attached which we designed to be completely constructed in our yard in Magherafelt and the delivered and installed on site as a complete unit.
It was imperative that no part of the construction should resemble what is traditionally considered “modular construction”. Everything about the design and construction was manufactured in a complete Victorian style.
The time spent on site building these dormer windows was reduced from weeks to hours per dormer.
What would have taken several weeks to construct on site took only a few hours to install reducing the site time significantly.
