- The windows and doors are timber and triple glazed with exceptional low u-values. Using a powder-coated aluminium cladding, they require little to no maintenance.
- A mechanical ventilation and heat recovery (MVHR) system has been installed to ensure a fresh flow of air throughout the property, and works to maintain a constant temperature.
- Quality and attention to detail are evident throughout and one of many highlights include the open-plan kitchen and living area that allows for extra light with floor to roof windows along with the sustainable charred timber cladding on the exterior of the adjoining garage for a high quality and stylish finish.
